Vino dal caratteristico profumo netto, con note molto intense di frutta scura e di fiori, cacao, vaniglia e spezie che ne definiscono la complessità . Si tratta di un vino che mantiene le tipiche caratteristiche della DOC di Montecarlo, ma la struttura è resa notevole dall’invecchiamento del sangiovese in barriques per 7 mesi.
Al palato ha un ingresso vellutato, ampio, denso e con una trama tannica evidente ma piacevolmente arrotondata, equilibrato, con persistenza gustativa.
Da servire ad una temperatura di 18 °C.
Wine with a characteristic clear aroma, with very intense notes of dark fruit and flowers, cocoa, vanilla and spices that define its complexity. It is a wine that maintains the typical characteristics of the Monte Carlo DOC, but the structure is made notable by the aging of the Sangiovese in barriques for 7 months.
On the palate it has a velvety, broad, dense entry with an evident but pleasantly rounded tannic texture, balanced, with gustatory persistence.
To be served at a temperature of 18°C.
